Terms and Conditions

1. Seller

The online shop headlightcenter.com is operated by Curalife Supplementation GmbH, Grinzinger Allee 8, 1190 Vienna, Austria, VAT ID ATU83758729, email info@headlightcenter.com ("we"). These terms apply to all orders placed in our shop.

2. Products

We sell used original (OEM) vehicle lights – headlights and tail lights. Each product is a single item and is described and photographed as it is. Please check that the lamp fits your vehicle (model, year, version, left/right and OE number) before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before you buy.

3. Contract

The product pages in our shop are not a binding offer. By completing checkout you make a binding offer to buy. We confirm receipt of your order by email; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or ship the goods. If a part is no longer available, we will inform you and refund any payment made immediately.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is free of charge. Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. Details are set out in our Shipping page.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are set out on our Returns & Withdrawal page.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Normal signs of use on used parts that are described or visible in the product photos are not a defect.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. Otherwise our liability is limited as far as permitted by law. Lamps should be fitted by a qualified workshop.

9. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
